Project Details
In Association with 3North Architects.
The scope of the project includes 1,732 SF of new construction and 628 SF of renovations to the existing Upper James River Center to provide expanded programming capabilities for the James River Association. New construction includes covered heavy timber pavilions and site upgrades. Renovations include new classrooms and offices, new finishes, folding glass door systems, and adjustments to existing MEP systems.
