Project Details

In Association with Dominion Seven Architects.

This project consisted of the renovation of the top five floors of the Wright Hall dormitory. The work includes the removal of the existing porch on the south side and construction of a new porch and partial removal on the east side of the building and the reconstruction of demolished portions. Additional exterior work includes the removal and redesign of the fire escape on the west side of the building and the construction of a new metal stair from the kitchen roof to the ground. The interior work consists of the construction of a new fire stair in the southeast corner of the building, construction of a new elevator and shaft and general renovations throughout the building. This project is LEED certified.
