Project Details

The renovation of three historic townhomes in Lynchburg's Diamond District, each over a century old, transformed them into six modern apartments—three two-story and three single-floor units. The project involved a complete overhaul of the HVAC and electrical systems, along with new roofs installed on several units to enhance structural integrity and weatherproofing.

Original wood flooring was carefully refinished, preserving the buildings' historical charm, while kitchens and bathrooms were upgraded with all-new appliances and fixtures. The renovation successfully merged classic architectural features with modern amenities, offering a unique blend of history and contemporary living.
