Project Details

This Project consisted of proposed minor additions and major alterations and rehabilitation that comprise the seven story, 46,195 SF historic building. The scope of additions include the infill of two light wells on the west elevation to create additional apartment unit floor space. The exterior will be rehabilitated with minor repairs to masonry for mortar pointing and cleaning, painting of windows and storefronts and i-cutting in new window openings. The existing interior spaces includes selective demolition, new structural intervention, new partitions, all new mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, data-communication systems, and all new or rehabilitated finishes. The existing elevator will be modernized with new cab, doors, controls and drive equipment. The roof will be repaired and a new single ply membrane roof installed with associated flashings and drainage systems. Minor grading and improvements to parking lot to allow for ADA parking.
