Project Details

Jamerson-Lewis, Smith/Packett and Jones & Jones Associates are partnering together to expand the current Pheasant Ridge campus in Roanoke, VA. This new 90,397 sf addition includes a 90-unit assisted living center. Construction was completed in the fall of 2019. The assisted living center has an on-site chef, 24/7 concierge, personal care services and recreational activities. Other amenities on the campus include trails, a library, a bistro, a movie theater and a fitness and physical therapy center.
