The scope of the project includes selective demolition, the addition of a new bathrooms (men's and women's), the construction of new walls, installation of finishes and adjustments to existing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sprinkler (MEPS) systems.

One of the key highlights of this renovation is the transformation of the existing porch into a versatile "4 seasons porch." This entails the installation of new doors, a contemporary fireplace, new  electric heaters, updated lighting fixtures, and a cutting-edge vinyl retractable screen awning system.
