PresidentWilliam graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.  His passion and philosophy for construction is based upon a deep understanding and broad knowledge of what goes into the intricate scope and many detailed costs associated with construction estimating. What sets William apart is how he partners with clients to examine the details and provide a client with options and value engineering ideas so together we can make informed decisions. 

William’s leadership style encourages thought provoking innovation throughout estimating, preconstruction, and the business development segments of Jamerson-Lewis. William is devoted to his wife, three children, and his personal commitment to the growth and development of our community. William currently serves as the Chairman of the Jubilee Family Development Center, Secretary of the Virginia Construction Procurement Alliance, and a member of the Lynchburg Covenant Fellowship Board.
