Expanding Our Presence in Charlottesville
Jamerson-Lewis Construction is proud to announce the opening of our new regional office in Charlottesville, Virginia. This expansion reflects the continued growth of our work in the region and the strength of our long-standing client relationships across Central Virginia.
President William Cook shared that the Charlottesville market has become an important part of the company’s growth over the past several years. WIth strong client relationships already in place and team members actively working in the area, establishing a local office was a natural next step.
A Strategic Location for the Region
The office is located near the University of Virginia Grounds with convenient access to Route 29 and Interstate 64.The location was selected for its accessibility and proximity to active project sites.
Having a local presence allows our team to respond more quickly, improve communication, and stay closely connected to clients and projects throughout the region.
Built for Growth
The office space was fully renovated to support daily operations and future growth in Charlottesville. The project included selective demolition, new flooring, updated ceilings, lighting upgrades, plumbing enhancements, and IT and security improvements, along with a modern glass wall system.
Jamerson-Lewis Construction plans to continue growing its presence in the region over the next several years, expanding both staff and project opportunities.
“Our people are exceptional builders and problem solvers,” said Cook. “We are excited to bring that expertise to even more projects in this region.”
