Project Details

In association with the non profit organization, Rush Homes, Jamerson-Lewis is constructing 28 new apartments off of Old Forest Road which will provide affordable and accessible rental housing options for adults with disabilities and low incomes in the Lynchburg area. All 28 apartments will be fully handicap accessible, ADA compliant and EarthCraft compliant. The complex will feature 7 buildings that consist of 18 one-bedroom apartments and 10 two-bedroom apartments with zero-step entrances, roll-in showers and front-loading washers and dryers.
