Renovations

The work includes renovation of public spaces on the 3rd, 4th & 5th floors of the Hearthside Building. Finishes will be upgraded in the existing corridors, including new ceilings and lighting. Staff, Support spaces and common areas will be remodeled, with removal of a satellite pantry at the 5th floor, relocation of nourishment stations and new finishes throughout these areas. The Dining Rm. on the 4th floor will be renovated with modifications to the Country Kitchen, addition of a scullery and pantry. The existing Therapy Gym and Salon on the 5th floor will be remodeled into 2 Assisted Living apartments. The work will also include necessary alterations to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems to accommodate the renovations indicated.

Riverside-Parking Garage Addition and Renovations:

The Project includes the full renovation of the existing Fourth, Fifth and Sixth floors of the Riverside Building, including replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures and equipment on those floors. Renovation at each floor will also include replacement and expansion of the current “saw tooth” facade structure and an infill on each renovated floor between the existing Hearthside and Riverside buildings. New construction will also include an elevated parking deck with elevator and stair at the location of the existing resident/guest lot, along with a connector corridor and associated sitework and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
